The Black Spot features some of the best performances of the season, and takes off flying with a stellar, Pennywise-focused prologue. Though the Augery is intense as hell, the aftermath and laughable motives of the military leave Welcome to Derrys penultimate episode feeling like its running out of steam as it goes along.
